1303 Grand Review Punch List

This is a consolidated list of code violations, issues and punch list items with 1303 Grand Review within the Railyard Development. If it helps, I can consolidate the other properties as well within this page. This list is also shared with the city for visibility on progress. Please circulate as needed.
Rodney, Rich and John are fully aware of the issues, code violations and punch list items and I have communicated to them several times on asking for completion. Hopefully this page can help keep everything in one place to align on priorities. You're welcome.
Punch List Items:
NOT COMPLETED - Siding does not align with the initial plans for the development. It has been partially replaced with cement board and not properly installed with the correct dripedge. The initial drawings show corrugate metal or/and parge coat. Currently this is NOT to code and have a letter from the city.
COMPLETED 5/25/23 - Nice effort installing and aligning the front window, but it was still not aligned. Owner realigned the window and finished the job by taping, sealing and adding the drip edge. Still need new trim boards installed around the window.
NOT COMPLETED - Trim/Siding above the carriage house door is installed incorrectly. This needs to be redone. RIch, Rodney and Jerry are aware, but nothing has taken place.
NOT COMPLETED - Carriage house countertop is missing a backsplash and not attached to the cabinets to the right of the fridge. This has been communicated to Rodney several times. All I need is the name of the countertop installer and I can manage.
NOT COMPLETED - Overflow drain on the upstairs bathtub is missing a cap.
NOT COMPLETED - Vent pipes on roof and out of house need to be to code. They are supposed to angle coming out of house and protected on the roof so debris/birds/etc don't block.
NOT COMPLETED - Venting of utilities without elbows. Heard this was out of code. Also heard, that they pulled the elbows off our neighbors house to put on another house for inspection.
COMPLETED 6/5/23 - Painting the house and carriage house. To my knowledge, John has not paid the painters to paint the house or get started. Please paint the house according to the colors choosen. Mike (painter) is aware and has the correct colors of the house.
NOT COMPLETED - Laundry bi-fold door is not installed in main house
NOTE - Owner has completed a majority of the items on the original list at owners expense and is pushing forward with trying to make this a home.
The Bottom Line
We bought a house according to specs and drawings and we did not receive what we paid for. There is no landscaping like the drawings had, there are code violations, walls are crooked in the house and our punchlist at closing has not been touched. My family and I live here and were excited to be in Leadville and worked hard to make this happen. But, it has been nothing but a headache to manage.

Full plans for the home we purchased. Any alterations to these plans were made without our consent or knowledge.
Siding was inspected for the foundation and carriage house. Some work was completed, but still not full done or to code.
